I need to clear/reset a Red hat Enterprise password. here is the situation.

Im a new sys admin of a rehab company that uses a billing program built on linux. The old sys admin set the user name and password. (tryed contacting her she told me to F*** off!) I have to get into the system in order to view the number of billing licences we have left vs gui licences.

Im a newbie on linux, So if you can be a lil more specific then usaual i would really appreciate it. BTW i dont know what version of red hat is running either.
