i get this error after i try running the apachetl start

i have root access and it still doesnt work, any ideas would be appreciated, any correct answers will recieve my greatest respect!

Ur loopback adress is crap it seems.change it check out /etc/hosts and /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf.
