Hi all

I have moved over to Ubuntu Jaunty 9.04 from XP and have gotten almost everything operating how I want to. I say almost as I can't quite get games running as I want. I downloaded and installed World of Padman (www.worldofpadman.com) and it runs fantastically well in a window. If I try and run full screen though, it maximises across both monitors. I would like to make it full screen on a single screen if possible.

I am running an Nvidia 9600GT 1024mb (Driver version 180) on an Intel Core Due E8400, Jaunty is installed and completely up to date.

I have asked over at their forums, but noone seems to be able to answer it, so I thought I would try here.

Many thanks in advance.

This xorg.conf option looks like it will turn that feature off. Not an expert on configuring two monitors so good luck.

Option "NoTwinViewXineramaInfo"

I think this is now set by default as the line didn't exist. I added the line and tried it as both false and true.

With false If I go full screen with an AVI in totem, it only full screens to the monitor totem is on (same behaviour without the statement). However, World of Padman goes across both monitors. If I set the line to true, then everything maximises across both screens, World of Padmans behaviour doesn't change.

Very strange
