I’ve partitioned my hdd into 3 sections, two for xp and one for redhat.
The weird thing is I can't find nor access the drives, except the one where redhat is installed in.
Even when in XP I can’t select the redhat drive.
The other two hdd's appear in the hardware profiles, which puzzles me.
Any ideas?

There are't any native windows drivers for linux partitions. You download explore2fs which is an application that will read not write ext2 and ext3 partitions.
Redhat does not include the NTFS (assuming your XP partitions are NTFS) support in its basic default installed kernel. You can find precompiled modules at source-forge. I can't remember the exact URL but if you search the forum you should find previous posts on the subject.
