hello, i just took the plunge into linux about a month ago and the other day i somehow deleted my taskbar.
i am using SUSE linux 10.1 with kde. what happened was that i made a few clicks on the taskbar too quickly (maybe i brought up a menu and clicked something?) and then my taskbar disappeared. any help would be wonderful. thanks.

I use xandros, not Suse, but maybe it's similar: look in the lower left or lower righthand corner for the taskbar minimized to the bottom side, look for an arrow pointing in, if it's there, click on it.

no, couldn't fin any arrow (screen was completely blank accept for background) i found out i could use alt+f1 to show the taskbar and then i right clicked it to reconfigure it. thanks!
