Hi there,
I am Jeffrey, very new to Linux. I have a PC with very small HDD, 128MB and trying to install SuSE Linux7.0. I wish to run KDE with Netscape. How big is the smallest possible Linux I can build? and What are the modules required?

Thank you very much. huh.gif

You won't be able to fit a basic linux install + XFree86 + KDE on a 128 meg drive.

A very stripped down version of debian will probably install in about 30-40 megs but that does not include X or KDE.

try a cd based distro and only use the HD for settings...
www.knoppix.org is an example but there are others some of which will run on old hardware (knoppix may be somewhat slow on your system)
