I have successfully installed mandriva linux on my tower but how can i tell if it has found my BELKIN F5D7000 wireless card and if it has installed a driver for it?

If it has not installed a driver does any one know where i can DL one from

Please give us the output of 'iwconfig'.

iwconfig was

lo no wireless connection
eth1 no wireless connection
sito no wireless connection

is there any way of using the driver install disk to install the drivers?

or shal i DL ndiswrapper and play with that? untill i get stuck

thanks for that ill give it a try and let you know how i get on, by the way there aint a single linux os that know of that will run on my 12 month old packard bell H5535 which is what i wanted in the first place ubuntu is my last shot tried debian but it might be a bad DL wont go on any pc i have

What happens when you try debian? Or any linux OS?

Are you booting from the CD? (Change BIOS settings)

both PC's set to boot from cd not long ago tried debian and it was the same problem, wireless card pluged in OS froze then after the full install (wireless card removed) PC froze when it came to inputing my username ect i may try another DL to see if that helps. just reinstalled mandriva but my wireless card makes it freeze up
here is what i get from MS updates my wireless card
