Please can someone help

I have setup a redhat box as a mail server have so far got everything working

DNS
sendmail
fetchmail

one problem when i try to connect to the box with a mail client from windows or linux it just say connection refused in linux and unknown error in windows. but i can ping the box from all machines on the network

i have setup the firewall to accept all traffic not sure what eles to try
