Hope someone can help a poor linux newbie

I'm currently running redhat 7.3 and all was running great until a couple of days ago,
My websites were up, my emails.. great.

I recently moved all my virtual sites onto a different machine.. great

On my original machine, that is used solely as an email server, I'm not getting any emails!! I don't get any errors whilst trying to retrieve, but no emails are ever received....

Can anyone help?

I also run some anti-virus software and it found 3 viruses - alas, I cannot remember what they were.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks
George.
Joey
Hi George,

When you moved the servers, I assumed you changed the DNS on the domains?

Where are you not receiving mail from, the new servers or the old servers?

If you are not receiving email at the old server, ensure that the new DNS provider has an mx record pointing to it and not the new server.

Hi Joey,

I did'nt actually move this server. Was actually working and then just stopped!! Very strange indeed.

I used to have my webserver and email on the same box but decided to split them. All was okay and then.... zilcho.

Don't know how to check if it really is dogged..

Any help appreciated.

cheers
