In Konqueror 3.3.0 , I have these actions in my right click menu:
create gzip archive
create bzip archive
create archive
extract to...
extract here
archive

in Konq 3.3.2
I have only:

archive
create data cd with K3b
append to kaffiene....

I would like to add the archive and extract(unzip) functions to the menu. I think it is in Konqueror configuration under file associations, but....

Any help?

I think what you're looking for is the service menu stuff. I just did some digging on kde-look.org and i came across an example.

Here is an example I found for burning ISO's with K3B:

burniso.desktop
[quote]
[Desktop Entry]
ServiceTypes=application/x-iso
Actions=burniso

[Desktop Action burniso]
Name=Write image to CD
Name[de]=Abbilddatei auf CD brennen
Icon=cd
Exec=k3b --cdimage %f
[/quote]

Now, place it in your service menu folder:

[quote]
sudo mv burniso.desktop $(kde-config --prefix)/share/apps/konqueror/servicemenus/
[/quote]

That's for system wide, for just your user, copy it to:

[quote]
mv burniso.desktop ~/.kde/share/apps/konqueror/servicemenus/
[/quote]
