I have recently installed redhat linux version 9.0 on my pc to dual boot with windows xp. everything works fine except i am not able to get any internet connection.. When I try to connect I g et the normal message about not able to find the website. Here my computer information:

Intel® 537EP V9x DF PCI Modem
Broadcom 440x 10/100 Integrated Controller (Network Adapter)

This is on a Intel® Pentium® 4 processor 2.8Ghz

If anyone or anymany know how this problem can be solved your assistance would be appreciated.

What type of internet connection are you using, dialup or broadband?
If you are using broadband then what type is it DSL, cable, are you using a router etc...
If using dialup, which dialup method are you using wvdial, kppp etc..

Any other error messages?

What happens when you use the internet connection wizard?
