Hi there ,

Sorry for asking a stupid question like this, but i have a problem with my php.ini settings.
I use putty to login to our server and i would like to make a change in my php.ini.
when i try to change open_basedir = /home/ ..... open_basedir= because my vbulletin forum can't write any attachments.
when i try to edit it say's w10 : warning changing a readonly file , what command should i use to make the php.ini writable ?

thanks.

sorry for my bad english
