Hey,
i need some help. i cant seem to connect to earthlink on mandrake 9.1 running kde using a manual dial up. i put in my username and pw and dns settings and dialed the right #, but my modem wont dial. im sure i selected the correct com port (COM3), os i have no clue whats going on. if someone could help me i would really appreciate it.

There is a program i wrote AGES ago for mindspring dial-up setup. Earthlink bought out mindspring so basically the setup is the same but you might as well give it a try.

There is an RPM you can install, but like i said, the last time i upgraded the program was july 2000, so it's a bit dusty.
