i want to know why everytime(almost) i made partition for linux ext2 more than 5gigs i will receive error when i install.what i mean when i finish install for a while.this problem make me mad

What kind of hardware do you have?
What distro are you trying to install?
How are you partitioning your hard drive?
Is this a dual boot PC?
What is the exact error?

i have 10 gig quantum fireball.i have win me and linux redhat 7.3 in my partition.i have 1 fat partition 3 gig and the rest are ext2 partition. my problem are the system always find error in my partition althought i shut down the system properly
