k3b only lets me burn MPEG1/2 files to a video CD.

Does anyone know how I can burn a (divx, probally) file to CD-R, so I can play it in my DVD Player? (assming my DVD player allows me to read CD-Rs)
Corey
I have done this a few time's in the past, and it isn't an easy process to perfect. Sometimes you end up with a video file where the audio is out of sync with the video.

Do a search on google for divx to vcd. You need vcdimager for sure, as well, chances are you'll need mplayer's tools for video converting. There might be some graphical tools for this, perhaps konverter can do it or kavi2avcd
