I am running 2 hard drives one is my winxp drive the other has some xp stuff but has linux on it. i changed the linux hard drive size to 5mb so i could install Red Hat 8. now i boot to the Grub thing and it lists Red Hat and DOS. when i click on dos i get a disk read error. i can boot to red hat and it works but i am incapible of gettin into windows XP. if you can reply with the right grub commands or advise that would be great and if im out of luck just say so so i cant go cry in the corner.
thank you for your time.

well ,i didn't get the question quite well.like u reduced ur linux partition to 5mb.them installed redhat-8.well i am assuming that u have installed redhat-8 on a existing system that was dual configured to boot windows xp and redhat.u can try to install grub agian with command
#grub-install
or as so many times stated on this website.to remove mbr have xp cd and enter the command
fdisk mbr
