Can anyone tell me if there is an easy way to update KDE to the latest stable version??
Please tell me there is, as I am new to this !!! And I am still on a steep learning curve.

Have you tried grabbing the newest SuSe 9.1 RPM for kde, and installing it? After that, just restart X (control + alt + backspace), and you should be in your new WM.

I am new to all this can you provide a link to where KDE3.3 I cannot find it.
about a month ago I was wondering about this same topic. goto a torrent site and grad the iso for suse linux 9.2 pro that version has kde 3.3.1 I found it easier to get the free suse linux iso images then to go and update every file that was needeed to properly update the kde interface.
