ok im not sure were to post this so i made a new one but i have a queston and was hoping someone could help me out. ok im a windows and linux user and recently my windows crashed and i needed to get some files off of the hd but i dont know how i would go about getting linux to mount the hd or recignize the hd. and i need files from that hd to be put onto linux so i can burn them to cd so i can reinstall windows and linux . can anyone help me please.???

What is your Distro and version of linux, what version of windows, what type of partition is the Windows partition (Fat32, NTFS).
