Hey I was wondering if anyone knew of a driver for a
diamond monster sound mx 300 sound card
or any way I can get it working.

Check out this website, it has information on installing that sound card chipset in linux. The Vortex drivers should work. There are a listing for the chipset on Alsa Project Homepage, however, there is a question mark next to this card because it was made by Aureal who are now backrupt.
