Full Version: Var/log Error
Linuxhelp > Support > Technical Support

When I try to create a new table in mysql it gives error "var/log/mysql.log (Errcode: 28)".

So anyone can plz suggest me what to do to solve this prob...
That means you ran out of space (your HDD is/was full!) or you ram out of virtual memory.

Typically freeing up some space, and restarting mysql will fix this.

Also, you may not have permission to write (The use you're using). Could you check that as well?
Thank u for your suggestions, well i'm newbie in linux so can u plz suggest me how can i free the space or how ca i increase the memory
