I need to find my monitors horizonal/vertical refresh rates. (I cannot find a site for my monitor, apparently the company is out of buisiness) =/

How can I get the horizonal/vertical rates for my monitor in windows?

Thanks!

What is your monitor/model? Should say on the back of it.

Some monitors have a display mode feature on the monitor ... which will list the Horizontal and Vertical rates for the current mode.

In windows, you can see what the current vertical refresh rate is in display -> settings -> advanced -> monitor.

In RedHat, Mandrake, SUSE there are generic settings for SVGA 1024x768...

Generic SVGA settings (for a monitor that can do 1024x768@60hz) is:

HorizSync 31.5-64.3
VertRefresh 50-70
