Dear Sirs,

Can anyone tell me please how to creat IRC vhosts from my domains,so that that my hostmask in IRC look like me@mydomain.com ?

I have domains, shell, dedicated server, but I dont know the procedure, the only thing I know is that it is simple and it takes 15min to create.

Thank you, beforehand, in advance, for your valuable support.

PS: Is it more simple to set up a private socks proxy, or a wingate, or anything else ?
Corey
I looked into this before with my domain, and I was told by someone that you need to contact your ISP and ask them to do a reverse lookup of your IP address to your domain.

A lot of ISP's won't do this for whatever reason, I know my ISP (Aliant/Sympatico) wouldn't do it for me. As far as I know, this is the only way, but I could be wrong.

Your ISP would have to either reverse DNS your IP address for you or delegate the IP's to you and you could then reverse them yourself (if you are running bind/named).

As Corey said, most ISPs will not do this for you.
