Hi,
I have installed redhat 7.2 on my PC.While installing i chose the option of allowing the bbot manager GRUB to write in the MBR..is there ne way that i can remove it from the MBR....plz help..

The best (and quickest) way to get rid of it is using DOS fdisk. This was included on Windows 95/98/ME bootdisks (if my memory serves me correctly). bascially, just bootup with the bootdisk to your command line (aka DOS) and type "fdisk /mbr" and that will clear your MBR. Don't have a bootdisk? Download one from the internet, they're everywhere.
