Hi

I have a problem with MailScanner, there is no allow nor deny for doc files and yet I see that in my quarantine there are doc files present...how to solve this? into which file do I need to enter allow doc?

Look in you mail log and see why they are being blocked ... it is possible they have macro viruses.

I would try to change these settings and see what happens (in MailScanner.conf):

Deliver Unparsable TNEF = yes

Allow Object Codebase Tags = yes

Allow Script Tags = yes

Allow Form Tags = yes

also look in the files for blocked files:

/etc/MailScanner/filename.rules.conf

/etc/MailScanner/filetype.rules.conf

it was a filename : Nalog za utovar - Vi.Beo.doc

and Mailscanner reported : Found possible filename hiding.

well I won't allow them that...I'll post a mail to everyone to keep send files without spaces.
