I'm trying to get my USB Linksys network adapter to work in Suse 9.0
I use it everyday with Win98 so I know it works

I used YAST to install it, but still can't get access to network
Seems like Suse doesn't know where to find the adapter. HELP

most usb network adapters do not have Linux drivers ... check with the manufacturer of the adapter and make sure to e-mail them and complain if they don't have a linux driver.

What is the manufacturer and model of the adapter.

its a linksys -model USB100M-
Ethfast 10/100 USB Network Adapter

By the way- it seems to load the driver when booting according to grep
so I assume I just have to tell Suse 9.0 to use this adapter somehow
