First off, thank you for taking the time to read this, i'll try to be brief about this.

I would like to introduce everyone to a brand new group of users on the Linuxhelp forums. The group, called "Technical Specialists", are an elite group of forum users that are officially members of the Linuxhelp support team. They have been chosen and agreed upon by the Linuxhelp.ca Administrators and Moderators to represent us as a group when helping users on the forums. These members are:

These users have been very active on the forums in the last couple of months and have demonstrated their desire to help out users like you on a regular basis. The Linuxhelp staff would like to thank them for all their hardwork, and look forward to working with them in the future.

As for the second thing, I would like to introduce the newest Forum on Linuxhelp.ca, the General Discussion forum. The purpose of this forum is for users like you to join in on any discussion you would like. Please take a moment to read the introduction in that forum and please obide by the couple of rules we have in place.
