How I can change name oper of ircd Server

and help me a block quit messages of chater when dicconet on server

I played with irc servers for a while and they can be a hassle to knock-down. The oper should be in the ircd.conf file, but, the quit message might have to be hard-coded into the souce and recompiled. Your best bet would be to go to the ircd homepage and check the FAQs or subscribe to the ircd mail list and post a question there.
