ok i have a SiPix sc 3300 digy camera, usb, and i'm a newb. I know i need the drivers but i can't find them : /

will someone point me in the right direction? and steps i need to do to get this to work?
what is your distro and version of linux.

It might be as easy as plugin the camera to a usb port ... boot the os ....

then do :

mkdir /mnt/camera (from a terminal window as root)

then do:

mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/camera

Then go to /mnt/camera and see if the pictures are there.

If that doesn't work, let us know...

If it does work, from now on , just redo the mount command when you plug the camera in....
