I recently installed redhat 8.0 on my older system (approximately circa 1996). It has an old mobo that requires the use of a serial mouse. When I installed redhat and did the X test the mouse seemed to working correctly. But the first time that I booted the system up into X, the mouse didn't work. I have no idea what the problem would be, other than that it was set up improperly. I'm new to Linux, so I'm very unfamiliar with all of the programs that I would use to fix this problem. Thanks,
Eric
