I've thought I ask if anyone has the same problems as I do...

So I've got Samba installed the latest everywhere, and I'm using CUPS for network printing.

The problem is that after some time, or an incorrect shutdown, /var/lib/samba/printing/[printer_name].tdb gets corrupt or something, because until I delete it , I can't print from network to Linux shared printer.

Can anyone tell me what does this file do?
[I've opened it up with a text editor, and saw some characters in it, perhaps it stores the printer characters in itself for CUPS? or something?]

And it would be REALLY smile.gif great if someone could help me with this problem.

Is there a way, a program of some sort, that I can use on the SAMBA PC,to see who is using what files? and in realtime?
