It looks as if you are trying to configure the samba server as the primary domain controller of your network ... is that your intention?

What are you trying to accomplish with the samba install ...

A PDC/BDC for the Domain?

or

Do you just want to access files on the Linux manchine from Windows?

or

Do you want to access files on the windows machines from Linux?

or

some combinations of the above....

I want to configure it as PDC for my network
