I use Red Hat 9 and Windows XP on one harddrive (set as master), and I've recently added a second harddrive (set as slave) and partitioned it into 2 and installed SuSE on one partition. I can boot to windows or red hat fine, but I'm having trouble setting GRUB to boot to suse on the other harddrive. Does anyone know what I need to do or have any suggestions?

What is the partition that SUSE root is on ... and is there a seperate partition for the SUSE boot?

I think, by your descreption, the SUSE drive is /dev/hdb, so do the command:

fdisk -l /dev/hdb and post the results as well as the line in the redhat Grub which you are tring to use to boot the SUSE partition.
