Full Version: Home Networking With A Dial-up Connection
Linuxhelp > Support > Technical Support
Hello, I'm trying to get home networking working with a dial-up connection. I've got the intranet working, and I thought I enabled IP forwarding using
echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward
, but the NIC and the modem seem to not want to communicate, if anyone may know other problems that I may be having, or (better yet) be able to solve this, I'd appreciate the help. Thank you.
did you set your linux computer ip as the gateway for each other machine
Yes I did, but thank you for your suggestion.
