I am new to the Linux! I thought of start this cute OS from the famous one which is RedHat. Before I download the files from the FTP I need your suggestion;

My PC is a Intel PII-350, 128MB RAM, 8GB HDD:

Can I install RedHat 8.0 on this computer? How much of HD space I need for this installation?

you can install redhat 8.0 on your pc
8 gig is more than enough to install

You can visit the www.redhat.com site and get the exact specs for minimum requirements. I do know that it will work on your system that you described ...
