Complete Linux noob here. So, I was trying to install this program and it said I needed FTDI, I installed it (not knowing what it was) and now it's screwed up all my connections. I no longer have /dev/ttyUSB0 or /dev/ttyS0. I deleted the entry in fstab that I had added and removed the symbolic links libftd2xx.so in /usr/lib and /usr/local/lib, and I deleted the libftd2xx-0.4.16 file as well, restarted my computer and they are still missing. Any help would be appreciated on how to get those back, thanks.
