I have a hard drive that went bad and took the partition table with it. Could some one tell me how I can recover my files?

size: 400GB
has 3 partitions
partition #1 ext3 9 to 10 GB
partition #2 linux-swap maybe 1GB
partition #3 ext3 390GB

All I care about is the data in partition #3
