Ok, so im reletively new to linux, i mostley used knoppix but i installed ubuntu onto my computer and i cant figure out how to use the windows drivers for my Linksys WMP54GS with Speedbooster using Ndiswrapper.. I cant get ndiswrapper to install i know i need to use the terminal and change the directory to where ndiswrapper is located (Right?) and use Make install... i think... but i cant figure it out. If someone could please help me with this it would be much appriciated!!

If you can connect via wire then I suggest installing using the repositories.

Ive searched it on the net and there is no known driver for Linux for my card, but using ndis wrapper i guess you can use the windows drivers however i cant figure out how to compile and run ndis wrapper :S lol Im really new to linux Oh and also, ndiswrapper is located : /home/owner/desktop/1 |
