i am trying to find some software for linux freespire i need to open .exe E.G: FILEZILLA.EXE files to download the software i use for making site or if some one can hlep me with software like
cuteftp or filezilla
also i am after putting messanger plus on me pc asell but that is also a .exe

i would be very greatfull if some one can help me out please i need to get this sorted asap as my job is going down the pan and with a baby due in 10 weeks i need to keep me job going to i can earn a living


so please help me out plzzzzzz ppl

exe files are windows applications and will not natively run on linux. WINE is an API that will run some windows applications but it is far from perfect. That said there are many FTP clients that are available in linux.

I've never messed with linspire but it does have a package manager called CNR which you can download many applications and it should automatically configure everything.

Depending on where you live there could be a linux users group where you could get some one on one help.

i live in the uk i have looked every where and can not find any thing i'm trying the cnr but it keeps frezzing me computer when i try to download
some one help me please
