I've just installed Ubuntu 8.10 to run in Windows so I have the option to boot into Vista or Ubuntu. If I boot into Vista, I am instantly online onto my WLAN. If I boot into Ubuntu; I cannot find the WLANS at all. ONCE it worked; right after installing Ubuntu, I was able to bring up a window showing several WLANs including mine, and I simply clicked mine, entered my 10-digit security code and I was online. Since then I have not been able to find the WLANs in Ubuntu.

Can somebody please tell me how to do this? I am VERY impressed with Ubuntu so far and desperately wish to switch from Vista to it.

Thanks, from a new nooby.
