I have just had openSUSE Linux 11.0 installed as a dual-boot on my computer, which is an HP Pavilion Slimline running Windows Vista. My computers use British Telecom for Broadband and I have a BT Home Hub 2.0. I have downloaded from the BT site. On running it, it gives 5 more zip files. How do I proceed from here to connect to the internet. I have no idea which of the files I should now unzip.
The internet connection works perfectly on my other 2 computers which both use Windows Vista, as well as on this one under the Windows partition. I am also having problems installing my printer (HP F4185) and have downloaded the HPLIP file for that - but it needs an internet connection to pick up some missing dependencies. Talk about Catch 22!!!
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated, and a huge "Thank You" offered.
