here is some of the info i have maybe someone can see what i'm doing wrong

[root@pr1inc ~]# cat /etc/redhat-release
CentOS release 5.2 (Final)

[root@pr1inc ~]# route

Not enough information. What is not resolving? What are you trying to accomplish?
Are you using static IP addresses?

trying to install plesk. also update my server (yum) yes i have two IPs. when i try any the two items listed i get a error "host is not resolving"

Look at your /etc/resolv.conf file. It contains DNS nameserver information. If using static IP addresses it needs to contain the DNS for your ISPs.
