Hello All,

I would highly appreciate if any one can help.

The problem is that I am running a web site at Hostmonster, the server is worst, I have a simple cron written in python but it usually suspend the job raising CPU quota error.

In the linux TOP command I usually see that the load average is higher than 20-25, but today morning I see that it was above 500 the first part of the triplet. I have seen at the blog "", it says that load average doesn't matter much but am not sure then what the issue is actually? can any one here help me what should I do?
