Hi, i installed XP on my computer last night (for gaming), and i can no longer use my Ubuntu! Can Any one help me to fix it pls?!?!?

Here is one way to restore grub.
http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/ubuntu/rein...s-wipes-it-out/

You will need to add an entry to the /boot/grub/menu.lst file in order to boot XP again.
