Hey, im ordering a linux vps with ssh access but the software i want to run requires libstdc++ 6 and i asked the host im ordering from and they said you have to install it yourself.

Ok when i order i have a choice of three operating systems which are CentOS 4, Debian Etch 4.0 and RedHat Enterprise 4 AS. The VPS im ordering has plesk installed so i dont know which operating system to choose. Thats another thing i need help with.

Anyway i have a little experience with ssh so im guessing i need to install libstdc++ 6 from there. What i need to know is where do i download libstdc++ 6 from and exactly how to install it. I will have ftp access also so i am able to upload the files.

Thanks. Please help me i would really appreciate it and sorry if i posted in the wrong place.
