Or rather, I think it is installed, but the console just comes up blank with no cursor or anything. I downloaded and installed from the colinux site. Installed the tap, downloaded the debian file when prompted.
What did I do wrong?
BTW I am brand new to linux, so I have no knowledge of the syntax or anything else for that matter.

Forgot to add, this is on a laptop running xp sp2 with 1gb mem 80gb hdd with 24gb free. Let me kmow if I need to add mor information.
