I've installed Fedora Core 6 on my laptop, using the text installation process.

It finished installing, but when I booted it, it brings me to the terminal.

Is there a way to go into the GUI screen? Thank you very much for your time and answers.

Did you install the x server and Gnome or KDE?

Run xconfig configure the GUI and the startx command will run x.

You can change /etc/inittab from run level 3 to 5 so the GUI starts at boot.

If you need to install a driver for you graphics adapter then do it first.
