I burned the GParted Live CD and it booted but then it said that I had to run the Forcevideo script. I did and I chose vesa and 1024x768 and all it gave me was a black screen that blinked once to something gray but then just a black screen. I tried all of the drivers at 1024x768 they didn't even give me the black screen, except dummy did. I even tried rebooting and choosing the force vesa option but it still just gave me a black screen and eventually the CD stops spinning.

I remembered I had a Ubuntu 5.10 Live CD and thought I could use GParted on there. I was able to get it running and I chose resize for my NTFS partition and I set it to the size I wanted but, when I hit apply, it just kept it the same size.

I don't know what to do. Please help!

Never mind, I used parted magic instead. It still wouldn't load with the vesa driver so I used something different but it worked that time.
