Compatible Headsets?, Any recommendations for Linux compatible headsets Options

Hi all,

I'm trying to buy a headset for Christmas for my brother who plays a lot of WoW but he's just set up his computer with Linux. I rang Logitech to ask what is a good headset and they said they weren't Linux compatible so now I'm worried I might get him one that won't work with Linux, and I also has the problem they might be crap quality!
And I don't know where else to turn...

basically can anyone recommend a good headset that will work with Linux?
