Hello all

I need to find a software that can make a DVD with menus and all. The problem I have now is everything is in .avi format and I need .mpeg. I used ffmpeg to convert them but WOW the timing if so off it's not funny.
Is there a DVD authoring software that works with .avi's
I have a preferance for GTK based because I do use gnome and would like to keep it that way.
well if anyone knows of good software drop a line.

Thanks

Docmur

Also, you may want to check out http://www.ubuntustudio.org . It's a distribution of Ubuntu that includes a lot for multimedia creation and usage.
