Ok, what happened was I was trying linux on my computer and it didn't work so I tryed reinstalling windows it worked, but I can't get to it, the GRUB bootloader is annoying me because now I don't have access to windows, so I need to uninstal it without access to windows.

Use your windows install CD (assuming XP) and boot the recovery mode. Run the fixmbr utility. Curious why windows did not overwrite grub when it was reinstalled.
